A poem in response to the expressive dance experience:

THIS IS MY HOME
"my home of broken bones/ carry me /cradle me / till I am no more/ my home of battered flesh /carry me / cradle me / till I am no more /till I leave this earth / here is where I live/
here is where I breathe /here is where I be / savour each heartbeat /exalt each breath/this is my home / broken and battered / I must live in it / I must live well."

Thank you, again for leading another great workshop! It was such a pleasure to work and move in the safe space you created. I was reflecting on how different I felt this time compared to the workshop with the "earth" theme. Flow and space are two things I am trying to cultivate more of in my life.
Rachel

What a delicious evening you prepared for us.  It was an honour to be part of it. The willingness of each woman to immerse herself in the experience is a testament to the trust you inspire and the exquisite quality of space you create.  It really was an evening of beauty, respect, intimacy, trust.

“As a little girl I loved to dance and twirl. Music was a big part of the survival of life. I will always remember and cherish the time spent with you dancing with the scarves...freeing the feminine within and bringing more healing to the wounded parts of me.”
Jay

“I almost walked away. Since I was a child I hate to be exposed, but I stayed, you made it safe. It was gentle and OK”
Karen

“It was sooooo awkward, but in the good way, I just LOVE IT!! I learn about my body and myself, I opened my eyes.”
Debbie

“I liked we started slow and then I found myself dancing, it could be intimidating, but going slow with the hand made it safe, it was inspiring to see all of us move the scarves, it shifted something in me, I wish I could dance more, at least in my room”
Zoe
